Joakim Lindberg combines more than 15 years of international elite racing experience with technical and performance coaching.
His approach is built around the individual. Whether working with elite athletes or developing paddlers, the goal is the same: identify what will make the biggest difference and build the training and technical work around it.
Years of training and racing around the world also gave Joakim first-hand experience of what makes a great training environment and how difficult it can be for clubs and teams to get every detail right for their winter training camps. That experience shaped the Arcos de la Frontera team camp concept: a private training base adapted entirely to each team, with the training environment, facilities and practical logistics taken care of.
